Nicole is a founding attorney of Ofstein & Associates, PA, now known as Ofstein Law. Her primary practice area is IRS tax resolution, and she offers tax representation to individuals and businesses nationwide.
For over 25 years, she has successfully negotiated offers in compromise, installment agreements, hardship deferments, abatements of penalties and interest, innocent spouse relief, releases of tax liens and levies, and expiration of the collection statute on behalf of her clients. She has also helped countless others through her books, Solving IRS Problems Made E-Z (2001) and How to Settle with the IRS…for Pennies on the Dollar (2007 and 2016).
Nicole is a dynamic and entertaining speaker and author on IRS matters. She has lectured before numerous taxpayer and professional groups, and has been the featured speaker on various radio programs concerning the IRS.
Nicole is a graduate of the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University School of Law, and she holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Washington School of Law.
